Republicans offer bipartisan HOPE Act to help Americans save for healthcare costs
U.S. Reps. Blake Moore (R-UT), Adrian Smith (R-NE), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) on Aug. 23 proposed a bipartisan bill that aims to create a tax-advantaged account that would allow Americans with most types of insurance coverage to save for healthcare costs through both individual and employer contributions.
